Mhairi McGregor was born in Paisley in 1971. She graduated from Glasgow School of Art with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art in 1993. Throughout her career, McGregor has travelled extensively, painted and exhibited in Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA, as well as finding constant inspiration in her native Scotland. Collections include the Royal Scottish Academy, Fleming Holdings and Aberdeen University.
